Upon your arrival in Kathmandu, you will meet a representative from Nefa Treks holding a placard of your name. He will meet you, greet you and safely escort you to hotel. There will be short briefing of our Kathmandu Valley Sightseeing Tour in Hotel and relax in remaining leisure time.

On the first part of our tour, we will make a visit to famous Bouddanath Chaitya which is world’s largest Buddhist shrine. We will observe Buddhist monks praying in stupa and continue to Pashupatinath Temple on second half of the day. Pashupatinath Temple is one of the World Heritage Sites and is famous pilgrimage site of Hindu devotees. Though, the main temple is not permitted to enter for non-Hindus, others can enjoy the surrounding and activities like Meditation of Hindu sadhus, pilgrims taking bath on holy Bagmati River, and occasionally funeral pyres burning on Ghats of Pashupatinath. Lastly, we visit to ancient palace Kathmandu durbar square where you can enjoy various Hindu temples and Kumari also known as living goddess. Then we will return to hotel for overnight stay.

After taking breakfast in hotel, we will start our guided tour to Swoyambhunath also known as The Monkey Temple. This stupa lies in the top of green hill and rewards you with alluring view of whole Kathmandu valley along with distant mountain vistas. Then we will make a visit to Patan Durbar Square, explore many Hindu Temples including Krishna Mandir, Golden Temple etc. Then Khokana for old Newari culture and also visit Dakshinkali Temple at the end of the day.

After breakfast, our guide will take you to Bhaktapur Durbar Square. Which is also one of the world heritage sites in Kathmandu valley as enlisted by UNESCO. Here you will explore 55 windowed palace, old style primitive houses and many Hindu temples including famous Nyatapola Temple. Then we will make a visit to Changunarayan Temple which is another UNESCO world heritage in Bhaktapur. Here you can observe beautiful arts and architecture of ancient Nepalese culture. Lastly, we will drive back to Kathmandu for overnight stay.
