Our Agreement with us

The following booking “Terms & Conditions” form the basis of your contract with Nepal Star Treks PVT. LTD. (“we”, “us” and “our”).

Please read thoroughly as it defines our respective rights and obligations. By asking us to book our product, we are entitled to assume that you have had the opportunity to read and have read these booking conditions and agree to them.

These booking “Terms & Conditions” only apply to the trip arrangements which you book with us in Nepal and which we agree to make, provide or perform (as applicable) as part of our contract with you. All reference in these booking conditions to “trip”, “booking”, “contract” or “arrangements” means such trip arrangements unless otherwise stated. Reference to “departure” mean that start day of these arrangements.

Trip Booking:

We prefer to have the confirmed booking in advance, prior your arrival in Nepal. Pre-booking is kept on high priority and it allows us ample time to make all the necessary arrangements for the trip.

Payment for trip:

All the trips you book online with Nepal Star Treks need 30% of the trekking contracted price in advance to secure the trip. The remaining due amount can be paid before your arrival to Nepal or upon your arrival in Kathmandu or before the departure of your trip.

Payment Option:

You can pay via wire transfer, credit cards or by cash for the trip cost

Your Trip and Assumption of Risk

Passports, Visas & Insurance

We recommend our client to hold valid passport and proceed for the visa. We also suggest for the full health insurance before you start your trip in Nepal.

Assumption of Risk:

The travelers/trekkers should understand that travelling, boating, hiking, snorkeling, climbing and cultural immersion activities expose to numerous known and unanticipated risks which could result in personal injury, illness, death or damage of property.

Clients associated with us must agree that no liability will be attached to the company or its outfitters, employees or agents or to any members of the tour group in respect to death, personal injury, illness or delay of travelers or for any loss or damage to the property of the travelers during the course of trip howsoever caused.

Acceptance of Risk:

The Travelers should undertake the risk associated with travels on their own.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation by Nepal star Treks:

In Case Nepal Star Treks cancels the trip, we will notify to at earliest and we will refund you the 100% trip deposit you have made. Remember there’s no compensation policy.

Cancellation by Clients (You)

Cancellation one month prior the trip date 30% of the trip deposit

Cancellation prior to 25 days of the trip date 50% of the trip deposit

Cancellation prior to 15 days of the trip date 60% of the trip deposit

Cancellation prior to 7 days of the trip date Whole amount of the trip deposit is non-refundable

Booking Change:

If you need to change the pre-booked package you have already have with Nepal Star Treks, we will be happy to do so with no extra charges. In case of change in flight and the hotels, you will charged the cancellation charge as per their rules.
